Before First Curse[]
Knowing that King George wants revenge on Prince Charming and kill Charming's mother, David has Ruth hidden. King George eventually finds out where the cabin is, and sends his soldiers there to kill Prince Charming. However, Ruth accidentally is shot while protecting her son. Realizing the arrow was poisoned, David, along with his fiancee Snow White and their friend Lancelot, go away to heal Ruth.
